Week 1
December 13–17
Let’s go on an adventure! In this program, you'll explore the amazing world of birds and bugs, discovering their unique habitats and the important roles they play in our lives. From investigating how these creatures thrive to understanding how they support the environment, you’ll dive into hands-on activities that bring nature to life. By the end, you'll create your very own habitat structure to help promote biodiversity in your local area!
Students learn how to turn an idea into a compelling message. Campers craft personal stories, organize their thoughts clearly, and practice engaging an audience through strong openings, purposeful pacing, and meaningful conclusions. They explore how speakers connect with listeners using tone, structure, and memorable moments. The program culminates in a TED-Style Talk Showcase, where each student delivers a short talk centered on an idea worth sharing. Participants develop clarity of expression, audience awareness, and the ability to communicate ideas in a thoughtful and authentic way.
Students learn how leaders think, decide, and guide groups in challenging situations. Through cooperative challenges and strategy activities, campers practice communication, teamwork, and problem-solving while experiencing how different leadership styles affect group success. The program concludes with a Mission Command Challenge, where teams must work together to complete timed missions requiring planning, organization, and real-time decisions. Kids see firsthand that strong leaders listen, adapt, and help others succeed.
Week 2
December 20–24
Dive into the crazy, the wonderful and the unpredictable events and records that happen around us on Earth! In this camp, you’ll become a research pro, uncovering your favorite extreme and teaming up for a creative deep dive into the wonders of our planet. With a range of fun options for sharing your new expertise on Earth's adaptability, survival, and unpredictability, you’ll show off your knowledge in unforgettable ways.
Students discover that creativity is everywhere. Using everyday objects, they create artwork focused on texture, balance, and composition, then learn photography techniques like lighting, framing, and perspective to capture those ideas visually. The program ends with a Found-to-Frame Exhibition, pairing physical artwork with intentional photographs. Campers develop observation skills and learn to see the ordinary world in extraordinary ways.
Physics becomes exciting and visible as students build structures, test motion, and experiment with forces. They construct ramps, launchers, and obstacles while learning about gravity, friction, angles, and energy transfer. The final Physics Stunt Lab challenges teams to create a multi-step chain-reaction trick shot. Students learn that science explains even the most amazing feats.
Week 3
December 27–31
Dig into the amazing world of plants! In this program, you’ll explore all kinds of cool plants and sharpen your observation skills as you watch them grow. You'll plant and water your very own seeds, explore the trees and plants around you, and even taste and feel different veggies. It’s a fun, hands-on adventure in nature!
Students journey from Earth’s harshest environments to the challenges of space exploration. They study extreme weather, survival conditions, and planetary science, then apply that knowledge to designing human survival plans beyond Earth. The program concludes with a Survival Mission: Planet Unknown, where teams plan how humans could live in an alien environment. Campers learn science, creativity, and problem-solving.
This deliciously creative camp blends food science and design. Students explore how chocolate is made, experiment with flavors and textures, and then develop a complete chocolate brand with a name, packaging, identity, and story. They learn how companies use color, emotion, and messaging to influence customers and create memorable products. The experience ends with a Chocolate Brand Launch Experience, where teams unveil their signature chocolate and present a themed tasting and brand reveal. Campers discover that successful products are not only tasty — they are carefully designed experiences.
