Program Overview: This immersive study abroad program empowers high school students to develop entrepreneurial skills and leadership confidence while exploring the exciting world of business and innovation. Through a dynamic mix of hands-on workshops, outdoor challenges, and company visits, students will learn to identify their strengths, work effectively in teams, and think like CEOs.

Final Project: Students will pitch their innovative business idea to a panel of mock investors. Using the knowledge and skills gained during their daily sessions, they will design a business solution using out-of-the-box, innovative thinking and strong business acumen to a problem of their choice. Students will develop elements such as problem, solution, competitive advantage, target market, revenue model, and funding needs. On the last day of the program, students will present their pitches in "Shark Tank" to a panel of judges and mock venture capitalists in order to see who has the most innovative business idea.
